AVIATION CONFERENCE
PROCEEDINGS IN PRIVATE TASMAN AIR MAIL PLAN [by telegraph.—special reporter] WELLINGTON, Wednesday Air mail proposals have been discussed by representatives of Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand at a conference which is proceeding steadily in private at Parliament Buildings. Until decisions! have been made, delegates hare agreed not to issue any public statement. The portion of the conference on which the 'transtasman air mail scheme depends will finish oil Friday. The Commonwealth Minister of Defence, Sir Archdale Parkhill, and the Australian j postal representatives, will leave for Sydney by the Awatea that day.
