RICCARTON PROSPECTS HORSES FROM TE RAPA [I'KOM OUR OWN COltlt KSPONDENTj HAMILTON, Saturday Dark Shadow, To Rapa's hope for the Winter Cup, has been a regular attendant on the tracks since the Great Northern meeting, and if looks are a true indication of his racing condition, there will be few horses at Riccarton fitter than this three-year-old. He has improved as the result of his racing at Hllerslie, where he won in runaway fashion on the later days of the meeting. Travelling Agent returned from Trentliam in the best of condition, and it is gratifying that lie is standing up well to racing. He is susceptible to still further improvement, and it will take a good one to lower his colours at the Grand National meeting. Allegretto, who will accompany Dark Shadow to Riecarton, has been working pleasingly and, although he has done little schooling since the Great Northern meeting, he is bearing a solid appearance and should strip well for immediate engagements. His affected leg has marie a complete recovery. WINNING OWNERS AUCKLAND TROTTING RETURNS For the 1935-36 trotting season in the Auckland Province Dr. M. G. Pe/.aro and Mr. F. G.
