NEW POST OFFICE

BRAVCH AT BALMORAL ___ : BUSINESS TO START TO-DAY . Prompt action has been taken in the establishment of a branch post office at Balmoral, as a result of representations made by Balmoral business men to the chief postmaster at Auckland, Mr. J. P. P. Clouston, and to Mr. A. S. Richards, M.P. for Roskill. The office, which is situated on the corner of Dominion Road and William Street, will be opened to-day. Postal and telegraphic business will commence immediately! and savings bank facilities are to be made available in two weeks' time.

The new post office will end the inconvenience caused residents and business men in Balmoral through hairing to go outside the busy part of the district to transact postal and telegraphs business.
