DEATH OF SHAREMILKER VERDICT AT INQUEST £fbom oub own correspondent] \ HAMILTON, Tuesday The inquest into the death of Adolph Barnet, a Swiss, aged 40, who died as the result of a hay-making accident which occurred near Morrinsville on January 6, was concluded before the coroner, Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M., in Hamilton to-day. Evidence had been previously given that deceased had been employed in hay-making on the farm of N. W. Hastings, Hangawera Road, Morrinsville, on January 6. Deceased and two other workers got on the prongs of the haystacker derrick to be hoisted on to the haystack. When the prongs were in the air two feet above the top of the stack deceased fell a distance of lift, and struck the ground. There was no ladder available. Dr. John Dovi gavo evidence to-day that deceased died in the Waikato Hospital on January 7 from laceration of the brain. A verdict of accidental death was returned by the coroner.
