WRESTLING
WALKER TO MEET DUALA A splendid wrestling contest should bo witnessed at the Town Hall on Saturday evening, when Geor'go Walker, claimant of tin British Empire title, will meet Ticer Duals. Two of the outstanding wrestlers ut present in the Dominion, Walker and Dunla had a strenuous uud exciting bout in Wellington earlier in the season, which re suited in it draw. Dunla. who had a particularly successful season in Australia before coming to New Zealand, is a stronir and heavy mntmun. He possesses a fine knowledge of the holds. In Walker, he will be meeting n worthy opponent who has built up a splendid record during the several years ho has resided in the Dominion. McCREADY AND BLOMFIELD The eare.'.iy-awaited contest between Earl McCready and "Lofty" Blomficld will be staged by tho Auckland Wrestling Association in the Town Hall next Mondnv evenine. These two wrestlers have excellent records, and the bout should be productive of some of tlit- most exciting wrestling seen in Auckland. Although the Canadian has not had a fall registered against him in New Zealand, many patrons are of the opinion that tho Aucklander may sprint; a surprise in the forthcoming bout, in view of the fact that neither wrestler secured a fall in thoir last meeting at Duncdin.*
