USE OF BY-PRODUCTS AN ITALIAN DISCOVERY LONDON, Oct. 13 The Rome correspondent of the British United Press says an agricultural weekly newspaper claims that a discovery which will enable at least one sanction to bo defeated will be patented shortly.
