ITALIAN MINISTER
REFUSAL TO LEAVE CAPITAL (Received October 14. 11.25 p.m.) ADDIS ABABA, Oct. 14 The Sun-Herald news service representative, Mr. Noel Monks, states that Count Vinci, the Italian Minister, is being held a close prisoner since he refused to leave with the members of the Italian Legation. Colonel Calderinini, military attache, who also refused to leave, is with Cdimt Vinci.
