The engagembnt is announced of Ethel Mary, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Bell, of Matakohe, North Auckland, to Graeme Duncan, onlv son of tho late Mr. and Mrs. W. J. l'raser, of Te Kuiti. King Country. A marriage has been arranged and will shortly take place between Douglas Itobb, F.R.C.S., Symonds Street, eldest son of the late-John Robb and Mrs. Robb, Mount Eden, and Helen Seabrook, third daughter of A. D. Seabrook and tho lato Mrs. Seabrook, Mount Albert.
