Salmon, S.M., to-day, when sentencing John Henry Wilson to three months' imprisonment on a charge of unlawful conversion of a motor-car at Dannevirks. He was also charged with breaking; sind entering and theft from a dwelling at Waiotira, the amount involved being £33. Accused pleaded guilty, and was committed loir sentence to the Supreme Court in ;Auckland, wnere he is at present serving a sentence.
