Saturday The following were successful in the music examinations for the Associated Board, conducted at Te Aroha Convent by Mr. C. H. Adolph Mann, A.R.C.M? The results are for pianoforte except where otherwise stated:— Associate Diploma.—Ethel Currie. Higher Local.—Olive Wells, Molly Flowerday. Senior.—Honours: Mona Hepburn. Junior.—Honours: Luther StafFord (violin), Imelda Carroll, Muriel Shallue. Pass: Edna Blackford, Betty Lennard. First Steps.—Honours: Don Stewart (violin). The Trinity College medal was awarded to Luther Stafford for violin playing. The Trinity Collegia examination results were: — Senior. —Honours: Winifred Stannon 80. Pass: Mary Sharkey 72. Intermediate.—Edna Brown, 78. Junior.—Honours: Joan Plummer, 80. Pass: Douglas Johnson 74, Marie James 72. Advanced Preparatory.—Honours : Eva Ward 80. First Steps.—Douglas Waddell 73.
