A VICTORY COMPLETED CZECHS AND SOUTH AFRICANS PRAGUE. June 17 Czocho - Slovakia defeated South Africa in the two remaining singles of the Davis Cup tie. Tho Czechs thus won the rubber by five matches to nil. They will meet Germany in the final of the European zone. To-day's games resulted: —J. Caska beat N. G. Farquharson, 6—4, 6 —2, 6—o; J. Malacek beat M. Bertram, 6—l, 2—6, 6—3, 3—6, 6—2.
