SEARCH FOR MISSING MAORI INVESTIGATIONS BY POLICE [FROM OTTR OWN CORRESPONDENT] HAMILTON', Thursday A report was received by the Hamilton police that a Maori answering tie description of the native missing from the Rangitoto district since October 9, the day on which the four members of the Davenport family were murdered, had been seen at Frankton Junction. An immediate investigation was made, but no evidence to support the story was found. The investigation at Rangitoto is still proceeding, in spite of unfavourable weather, but the missing mdn has not been located.
