MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT [BY TELEGRAPH— PBESS ASSOCIATION] STRATFORD, Wednesday The Stratford Hospital Board has de* cidetl to appoint a full-time medical superintendent without the right of private practice. The position has been offered to Dr. D. Steven, who now holds the post on a part-time basis. The change wilt take place on January 1.
