BANK MANAGER RETIRING
[BY TELEGRAPH: —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday A Mr. J. S. Middleton, who has been manager of the Christchurch branch of the National Bank of New Zealand for the last five years, retires on pension at the end of this year, and will be succeeded by Mr. G. G. Littlejohn, who is at present sub-inspector at the general manager's office in Wellington, and in charge of the South Island division.
