TRANSFER OF OFFICERS [from our owx correspondent] WHANGAREI, Saturday The appointment has been made of Mr. J. McTvor, of Invercargill, as inspector of factories and officer in charge of unemployment for North Auckland, in place of Mr. H. M. Hopper, who ha* been transferred to Greymouth. Mr* Mclvor, whose headquarters will be in Whangarei, is expected to commence his new duties before the end of the present month, and Mr. Hopper will take charge in Greymouth early in September.
