LATE MR. W. ELLIOT
PRIVATE FUNERAL The funeral of the late Mr. William Elliot took place privately on Saturday afternoon at Waikaraka cemetery. In addition to many wreaths from relatives and personal friends, there were also tributes from the Mayor of Auckland and tht} City Council, the Auckland Club, and the directors of a number of companies with which Mr. Elliot had been associated.
