TOUR ABROAD PLANNED EUROPE AND AMERICA , s [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Saturday,. Wellington's chief municipal librarian, Mr. .J. Norrie, has been invited by the trustees of the Carnegie Corporation to study libraries in the United States and Europe. He will leave on his tour next month, and it is anticipated that he will be absent for at least six months.
