DIVORCE FOR HUSBAND SPEAKER AS CO-RESPONDENT COLOMBO. March 22 The Speaker of the State Council, Mr. A. F. Molamure, has been ordered to' pay 25.000 rupees damages and costs as co-respondent in a divorce suit in which Dr. Aserappa, medical officer for health at Colombo, sued his wife on the grounds of adultery with Mr. Molam,ure. The District Judge accepted tjie evidence of three ladies, one a prominent social worker, who deposed that they had seen respondent and co-respondent in the matron's coom of the Victoria Home for Incurables. Dr. Aserappa was granted a decree nisi.
