RELEASE FROM PRISON NO CAUSE FOR PROSECUTION (Received November 2, 11.55 p.m.) BERLIN, Nov. 1 Mr. Noel Pantcr, tho Munich correspondent of tho London Daily 'lelegraph, who was arrested on a charge of suspected espionage has been released and expelled from Germany. Tho State Attorney's Department in Leipzig did not see sufficient cause for prosecution, though it considered that his further stay in Germany would not be desirable.
