EGYPT AND TURKEY BRITISH REPRESENTATIVES British "Wireless RUGBY, Aug. 21 Sir Miles Lampson is expected to take up his duties in Egypt toward the end of tho year. Probably ho will stay in Peking until November and then return to England before going to Cairo. Sir Percy Loraine, whom he is to succeed as High Commissioner, is now in London, but will return to Egypt to close his term there before proceeding to Turkey as Ambassador.
