CHARGE OF MISCONDUCT
A petition by Charles Gustav Adolf Strom, seaman (Mr. Haynes) for tho dissolution of his marriage to Juanita Strom on the grounds of misconduct with Frederick Edward McCarten was heard before Mr. Justice Smith and a jury in tho Supreme Court yesterday. Petitioner stated in evidence that he had been living apart from- his wife, who had refused him admission to tho house. He visited the liouse with a private detective and from what he saw came to the conclusion that misconduct had taken place between his wife and co-respondent. '
At tho conclusion of the case for petitioner the Court adjourned until this morning.
