GUILTY OF ASSAULT
MAN TO BE SENTENCED A verdict of guilty waS returned by a jury in the Supremo Court yesterday in the retrial before; Mr. Justice. Smith of Arthur Lewis Cummings, Vaged 61* (Mr. Field), charged with indecent assault on a girl aged nine, years at Otahuhu. Mr. Hubble conducted the case for the Crown. Accused was remanded for sentence.
