MEMORIAL HALL
A successful bridge afternoon was held in tho Women's Memorial Hall at Takapuna yesterday in aid of funds for the hall, the ladies' committee being tho organisers. Prizes were won by Mrs. Home (hidden number) and Miss Pitts (lowest number). Among tho players were; —Mrs. E. E. Grimwade (secretary), Mrs. J. W. Williamson, Mrs. Blyth, Mrs. Woottcn, Mrs. A. M. Gould, Mrs. Dryden, Mrs. Hazard, Mrs. G. H. Matthews, Mrs. E. C.
