Bracburn won the Autumn Cup, in which tho New Zey.lander Peter Jackson was unplaced. Jacko, who scored a surprise victory in the Doncaster Handicap a year ago, won the Liverpool Handicap from Closing Time and Tom Pinch. Hall Mark defeated tho Auckland-owned colt Limarcli in tho Fairfield Handicap.
