INAUGURAL LUNCHEON PRINCE OF WALES TO ATTEND LONDON. Dec. 28 The Prince of Wales has accepted the invitation of the New Zealand High Commissioner, Sir Thomas Wilford, to attend the inaugural New Zealand Day dinner, which is being arranged for February 8 by the New Zealand Society, of which Sir Thomas is president. February 8 approximately marks the date of the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi in 1840.
