SLIP ON RAILWAY
OTAGO LINE BLOCKED EXTENSIVE FALL OF EARTH [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] DUNEDIN, Friday An extensive slip of 10,000 cubic yards of earth and rock occurred late last night on the railway track on the Dunedin side of Puketcraki tunnel, 26 miles north of Dunedin. A hundred unemployed men wore despatched with a break-down train gang early this morning. The north express left here 63 minutes late, a special deviation having been constructed past tho slip.
