NEW AMBASSADOR
ARRIVAL IN LONDON SIGNOR GRANDI WELCOMED (Received August -1. 5.45 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Aug. 3 Signor Grandi, the new Italian Ambassador to Britain, reached London to-night. He was met at the station by the Foreign Secretary, Sir John Simon, who greeted him warmly and said he was pleased that their collaboration at Lausanne and Geneva was to be continued. Tho new Ambassador will present his credentials to the King when His Majesty returns to London next week, after which he will leavo for a holiday until late in September, when ho will take up his permanent residence at the Italian Embassy.
