DISEASE IN CATTLE
OUTBREAK IN ENGLAND UNFORTUNATE COINCIDENCE (Received August 4, 5.35 p.tn.) LONDON, Aug. -1 An outbreak of foot and mouth disease has been discovered on a farm in Worcestershire. Only two cows and ono pig are affected, but it is an unfortunate coincidence that the outbreak was confirmed on the day for lifting tho Canadian embargo. As a result hundreds of stock prepared for export cannot be moved until 60 days after the new outbreak has been extinguished.
