OUTCRY IN GERMANY SAILING , SHIPS CONDEMNED BERLIN. July '27 The Niolie disaster lias evoked an outcry against sailing ships because it is asserted that catastrophe is always possible with such an antiquated mode of transport. 1 The newspaper Kreuz Zcitung declares, however, that the tragedy will not prevent Germany from bringing up her youth beneath the black, whito and red llag adorned with (ho Iron Cross, in the true spirit of Jutland.
