HOSPITAL AUXILIARY

ONEHUNGA BRANCH The report of ihe past year's work of tho Oneliunga branch of tho Auckland Hospital Auxiliary was presented at the annual meeting yesterday afternoon. Mrs. C. E. Maguiro presided over a good attendance. A year of great activity was recorded. A warm tributo was paid to the services of tho president, Mrs. T. J. G. Neill. The calls for the relief of distress in Oneliunga had been particularly heavy and the officers of tho branch had during tho past three months been actively engaged in assisting tho Oneliunga United Relief Committee. A credit balance of £llO was shown. The following officers were elected:— President, Mrs. T. J. G. Neill; vicepresidents, Mrs. A. G. Houldsworth, Mrs. Robert Buchanan, Mrs. J. Rowe, and Mrs. J. 11. Wathew; secretary, Mrs. W. Rirkham; treasurer, Mrs. W. S. Patterson; committee, Mrs. E. Foote, Mrs. C. E. Han kins, Mrs. W. J. Jordan and Mrs. Val. Kirk.
