WAIKATO HUNT

MEET AT PUKERIMU [from our own correspondent] CAMBRIDGE, Monday The Wnikato Hunt lield a very successful meet on Saturday afternoon at tlio Pukerimu Crossroads, when thero was a field of nearly 100 from Hamilton, To Awamutu, Morrinsville, Cambridge and Eureka. Ihe field was led by the master, Mr. Wyiw Brown. Scent was light after tho recent frosts, but hare 3 were plentiful, nnd some good runs were participated in. MAR AMARU A CLUB The Maramarua Hunt Club held its •second run in tho Munga'tarata district on Saturday. There was a field of Jiu from Paeroa, Thames, Nguteu, and Waemiga. Thero wero two good runs, both hares being lost in heavy scrub country. The master. Mr. J. D. Fagan. thanked the bachelors of Mangatarata for providing morning and afternoon tea.
