MOTHERS' CLUB
.The Mother's Club of the \.W.C.A. held the ninth annual meeting last week. The following officers were elected:— President, Mrs. Edwards; first vice-prcsi dent, Mrs. Kasper; second vice-president, Mrs. Johnstone; secretary, Mrs. Hynesj treasurer, Mrs. Dickens; association secre-. tary, Mrs. Mauson; thrift secretary, Mrs. H viand; musical committee, Mesdames Forrest, Collier, Goldie; visiting committee, Mesdames Pankhnrst, Clark, Collier; committee. Mesdames Mann. Morns, Hoy, McKay, Dodds, Collier, Baker, Goldie, Walker, Judd, Pankhnrst, Rankin. During the afternoon Mrs. Edwards presented Mesdames Hynes and Dickens with a bousecretary's report showed that the club had made steady progress during tiie year in spite of the times, 11 new members being enrolled. The balance-sheet showed that the financial position was sound. Both reports were adopted. Aftcinoon tea was served by the hostesses, Mesdames Hoy, McKay and Johnstone.
