ASSEMBLY DISSOLVED.
VICTORIAN PARLIAMENT. LABOUR'S POLICY STATED. (Received April 23, 12.25 a.m.) MELBOURNE, April 22. The Victorian Legislative Assembly was dissolved to-day. Tho Acting-Premier, Mr. T. Tunnecliffe, reiterated that tho Government's policy was to meet its liabilities to the fullest degreo commensurate with the resources of the State, but it was its definite determination " to avoid the further impoverishment of the people."
