ACCIDENTALLY SHOT.
SHAREMILKER INJURED.
SERIOUS WOUND IN CHEST.
[FROM 01/R OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] HAMILTON. Friday. The accidental discharge of a shotgun held by his son, aged 12, resulted in serious injuries being received by Mr. Robert Poole, aged 33, a sharemilker, of No. 7 Road, Waitoa, last evening. Mr. Poole had just entered the scullery of his home, where the boy was examining the gun, when it discharged unexpectedly. The full charge entered Mr. Poole's chest, inflicting a dangerous wound. After ho had medical attention Mr. Poole was taken to the Waikato Hospital. His condition is serious.
