INJURIES PROVE FATAL.
YOUNG MAN'S DEATH, STRUCK BY FALLING TREE. [from our own correspondent.] WHANGAEEI, Saturday. The death occurred in the Whangarei Hospital this morning of Mr. Clarence Hay, aged 25 years, who received serious head injuries while bush-felling at Helena Bay on November 5. Deceased, who was the son of Mr. John Hay, of Helena Bay, had lived in the district all his life. Be received his injuries when lie was struck by a, falling tree and pinned underneath
