The Prohibition Bureau for the financial ye«r ended June 30 expended an average °f £25 a case in 1 lie prosecution of $2,902 cases for the violation of the prohibition laws, not including the funds 6 Pent by viie Department of Justice and other federal and Slate agencies, in the .enforcement of prohibition. 7 lie Bureau spent a total of £1.833.000.
