LATE DICTATOR'S SON ARRESTED. November 12. 7.45 p m.) MADRID, Nov. 11. Senor Jose Frimo de Rivera, a lawyer, e ged 50 years, son of the late Dictator, General de Rivera, has been arrested. He is charged vfith being concerned in a plot to restore the monarchy and to storm Parliament Buildings while the Cortes Tl ' a s in session.
