COUNCIL OF THE LEAGUE. EXTENSION OF SESSION. GENEVA, Sept. 28. The Council of the League of Nations has extended its session in compliance with a request of Dr. Alfred Sze, of China, in order to assist in the settlement of the dispute in Manchuria. Mr. Yoshizawa said Japan did not intend to make war on China.
