PINEAPPLE GLORY.

Thanks to the introduction of ice-cream in cartoift, a perfect iced sweet for dessert is within the reach of everyone. To make Pineapple Glory, take one slice of pineapple and place in the foot, of a glass dish. Cut the slice into inch-wido pieces. Arrange a deep circle of stoned cherries on the top and in the middle place a scoop of ice-cream, then a layer of chopped preserved ginger and a second scoop of ice-cream. A thick sauce of cream blended with the syrup of the ginger is then poured over the top and a cherry encircled with crushed pine and ginger forms an attractive decoration.
