NURSERY FRUIT SALAD.
Mash four bananas thinly with a fork, and to them add two apples peeled and sliced thinly, 12 stoned dates, four tablespoonfuls of seeded raisins and two tablespoonfuls of sultanas. , Mix all well together, pile into a glass dish, and pour over the strained juice of three -medium-sized oranges. Set aside •for half an hour. ;This salad is delicious eaten with wholemeal bread and butter.
