Arrange ia a border or as an oblong moxild, with s flat surface on top. :0s this arrange eggs, which have been jwached in a dessert- spoon so that they retain their shape, drained, cooled and coated with mayonnaise. The mayonnaise can be tinted green, or simply sprinkled, with finely chopped parsley.
