ST. AIDAN'S BROWNIES.

A pleasant afternoon was spent last Saturday at St. Chad's Hall, the occasion being the enrolment of nino Brownies, under the newly-formed St. Aidan's group, and aiso a farewell to Mrs. McNair, commissioner, who is relinquishing this position. After enrolling the littlo girls Mrs. McNair was presented with a brass tray by the Brownies of the Ladies' College, Remuera, and a beautiful bouquet by the St. Aidan's Brownies. Mrs. Innes, on behalf of the committee, gave Mrs. McNair a crystal biscuit barrel and a brass paper knife. The Brownies afterwards entertained the parents and friends with a concert and afternoon tea.
