DISCOVERY OF EXPLOSIVES. PLAN TO DESTROY COURT. DELHI, Juno 2 A startling message from Chittagong reports the discovery of a plot to blow lip the Court building where judgment in the Chittagong conspiracy caso will be given at tho coming week-end. Acting on information given the police dug up four largo canisters containing an explosive, believed to be dynamite, only a foot under tho ground. They were connected with wires 50ft. long.
