RHODES SCHOLAR CHARGED. BOUND OVER BY COURT. LONDON. June 2. A South African Rhodes scholar, Brandon Laight. who said he was unahlo to maintain himself on his scholarship allowance, admitted defrauding Oxford tradesmen. 110 was bound over on condition that ho returned to Africa.
