EXPERTS IN HAMILTON. [from our own correspondent.] HAMILTON. Wednesday. Two agricultural scientists. Professor W. Riddet, principal of Massey College, and Dr. E. Marsden, of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, are visiting Hamilton. They conferred with the butter factory managers of the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, this morning and they visited tho Cambridge Dairy Company's factory this afternoon. The visitors will be present at a conference of cheese factory managers in Hamilton to-morrow morning, after which they will proceed to Ngaroma. Professor Riddet said that experiments wer still proceeding in connection with the maturity of cheese on arrival in England, but it was too early to make any definite pronouncement regarding tho results of the experiments. Ho was hopeful, however, that they would provo of value to manufacturers in the Dominion.
