BOY SCOUT RALLIES.
LORD BADEN-POVVELL'S VISIT. DECISION TO CONTINUE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHKISTCHURCH, Friday. In view of tho Hawke's Bay earthquake the executive committee of tho Council of the Boy Scouts' Association considered the cancellation of rallies of Boy Scouts arranged in connection with tho visit of the Chief Scout, Lord Baden Powell. As ho and Lady Baden-Powell are'due in the Dominion about 10 days hence, and as much expenditure has been incurred in completion of arrangements, it was decided to hold the rallies.
