HEAT AT GISBORNE.
READING OF 98 DEGREES. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] GISBORNE, Monday. For the sixth day in succession the maximum temperature at Gisborne has exceeded 90 degrees, a peak of 98 degree being recorded at mid-day yesterday.
