AFRICAN CADETS KILLED. CRASH FROM 400 FEET. (Received September It, 5.35 p.m.) CAPETOWN, Sept. 13. Two aeroplanes piloted bv Air Force cadets named Joubert and King collided at Pretoria at 7 a.m. to-day at a height of 400 ft. Both machines crashed and the cadets were killed. One of the planes, an Avian, had one wing broken off and tho other machine, tho SES, was smashed to

pieces King's father was killed in the 1914 re hellion at Bronkhorspruit.
