CREDITORS DISSATISFIED.
BANKRUPT RAILWAY SERVANT [BY .TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HELENSVILLE. Thursday. At a meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Edward Thomas, a railway servant, held in the Courthouse, Ilelensville, dissatisfaction was expressed at the conduct of the bankrupt. In his statement to the official assignee the bankrupt showed liabilities amounting to more than £IOO and assets nil Mr. A. E. ;L. , Dodd. appearing ~ for several creditors, cross-examined the bankrupt as to assets. Bankrupt admitted, thai his wife had recently purchased a wireless set costing about..' £2O Banlmip' also admitted owning one-half of the'fur niture Two holidays had cost him more than £l4 He admitted that during the past 12 months he had not paid anything on account of back .debts.
