DIVIDEND OF 6d A SHAPE.® Tho directors of tho Holdon's Motor Body Builders, Limited, South Australia, havo declared a dividend of 6d a share on ordinaty shares for the half-year ended Juno 30, making, with tho payment of March last, 5 per cent, for tho year, and at tho rate of 8 per cent, per annum on tho "A" and "B" preference shares for six months to September 10. Payments will bo made on September 10. For tho previous year ordinary shareholders received 10 per cent., and from March, 1925, to September, 1928, 10 per cent., and a bonus of 5 per cent. All tho preference shares are in future to receive 10 per cent. Woolworths, Limited', started business in Sydney on December 5, 1924. It now controls seven branches in Sydney and suburbs, and throe in Queensland, and holds controlling interests in two companies in Western Australia aud four in Now Zealand. Tho company intends to commenco operations in Melbourne at an early date and negotiations havo been practically completed for the lease of the Theatre Royal building in that city.
